General Questions

What do you do?

Our family-owned company specializes in designing and decorating custom apparel. We can customize just about anything from t-shirts for an event, jerseys for your softball team, or polos & hats for your golf outing. 

 

We offer decoration methods such as Screen Printing, Embroidery, Cut & Sew Dye Sublimation, Laser Engraving, Direct-to-Film, and more! All of our items are decorated in The United States.

What is the turn around time?

Our Lead Times vary by decoration method, but we're committed to accommodating your schedule as we strive to provide the best service possible. As a general rule, orders are decorated within roughly 2-4 weeks + shipping time.

  • Screen Print - 2 Weeks minimum
  • Embroidery - 3 Weeks minimum
  • Direct to Film - 2 Weeks minimum
  • Sublimation - 3 Weeks minimum
  • Laser Engraving - 2 Weeks minimum

Is there a minimum quantity I have to buy?

Depending on your production type our minimum ranges change.....This minimum order will include your custom design, and set-up!  

Do you charge art fees?

We do not charge art fees on orders over 6 pieces. Let our sales rep know what you are looking for and our amazing art team will put it to life for you at no cost.

 

Can I see a sample before I place my order?

Certainly! Our local Teehive Colonies have showrooms full of our Best Selling items for you to touch, feel, and try on. In the rare case that something you're eyeing isn't on our shelf, we can order samples for you at a great price

 

Do I get a proof before the order is printed?

Yes, all orders require an approval from the customer of their artwork proof for our production team.

 

Payment for the order does not constitute an artwork approval for production. Orders cannot proceed into production until customer has approved the artwork proof for production

 

What is your return policy?

What if the design is printed differently than the approved proof for production?

Due to the custom nature of the screen printing process, all orders are allotted a 1” variance on the placement of the printed design. If the variance is greater than 1” please contact our customer service team for assistance.

 

Due to the custom nature of the screen printing process, and monitor variances, we are unable to guarantee the exact shade of a final printed design. Our team uses exact Pantone matches, but due to the variance in the screen printing process we cannot guarantee an exact match color.

 

Due to the custom nature of the screen printing process our production team is only able to print orders based on the dimensions shown on the artwork proof for production. While we try our best to replicate the scale of the design on the proof, we encourage you to use our reference guide for further clarification of the design size.

 

If the design is printed incorrectly please contact our customer service team for a quick resolution for your order.

 

Can I add a second location onto the 1 location $5 T-shirt deal?

Yes! For just a small up-charge of $2.00 you can add another location

 

Do you offer rush services?

Yes! We have rush options available. Within the 2 week time frame will be a 20% up-charge.

 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Can I get a refund?

Orders canceled more than 10 days after purchase will incur a 20% cancellation/restocking fee.

 

Completed and shipped orders are not eligible for cash refunds. If you have any concerns with your order, please reach out to our customer service team—we’re happy to help find a resolution.

What is the material of this product?

The material for each product is listed on the product page, under the "Details" section. If you have further questions about the material, please don't hesitate to contact us.

How do I care for this product?

Care instructions for each product are also listed on the product page, under the "Details" section. Please follow the care instructions to ensure the longevity of your product.

Can I see this product in other colors?

If the product is available in other colors, they will be listed on the product page. If you don't see the color you're looking for, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. Prices may vary.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and more. If you need additional help please contact our customer service representatives.

Do you offer installment payment options?

Yes, we offer installment payment options for certain customers.

Shipping Questions

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

 

We ship all orders from Baxter, Minnesota (56425) We ship all orders via UPS ground. Please refer to the transit time map for estimated transit time to your location.

 

We do offer upgraded shipment options 3 day air, 2nd day air, and next day air.
