Do I need design experience to create custom apparel?
No. Send us your logo, a rough idea, or even a sketch, and our in-house art team will build a clean, print-ready design and a free proof for your approval.
Can you create a logo or design from scratch?
Yes. We can build a brand-new design or logo for you. A small art fee may apply for designs created from scratch or for extensive revisions.
Will I see my design before it's printed?
Always. We send a digital proof and never go to production until you approve it in writing.
What file formats work best for my artwork?
Vector files (AI, PDF, SVG) with fonts outlined are best. High-resolution raster files (PNG, PSD, TIFF) at 300 DPI also work.
What's the minimum order?
It depends on the decoration method: screen printing starts at 12 pieces per design, embroidery at 6 per logo, and DTF printing has no strict minimum, so small runs are welcome.
How long does it take to get my custom apparel?
Screen-printed and DTF orders typically take about 2+ weeks after proof approval; embroidered and sublimated orders about 3+ weeks. Rush service is available if you need them sooner.
